On Feb.5th, 2009, Chinese Ministry of Finance and Chinese Ministy of Science and Technology declaimed to give finance subsidy to the companies & organizations who buy and use energy-saving and/or new energy source car. At first, the following 13 cities will enjoy this policy: Shanghai, Beijing, Chongqing, Changchun, Dalian, Hangzhou, Ji'nan, Wuhan, Shenzhen, Hefei, Changsha, Kunming, Nanchang. RMB50,000.00 (around USD7600.00) per car will be refunded to the companies&organizations if the car can save more than 40% energy.---Feb.6th, 2009
